Profinet-MQTT Gateway Helmholz 700-162-3MQ02
The PROFINET/MQTT coupler 700-162-3MQ02 enables a PROFINET network to be connected to an MQTT broker, thereby facilitating data exchange between PLC applications and IoT systems. Integration into PROFINET project configuration is carried out using a GSDML file; no additional configuration software is required. Up to 100 values can be transmitted simultaneously between PROFINET and MQTT. The gateway supports both sending data to an MQTT broker (Publish) and receiving data from an MQTT broker (Subscribe). The advantages of the PN/MQTT coupler 700-162-3MQ02 include support for the MQTT standards V3.1.1 and V5, connection to local or cloud-based MQTT brokers, TLS encryption, password and certificate authentication, galvanic isolation of the networks, and simple configuration via a web interface. The Gateway, which operates on a power supply of 18 to 30 V DC, is connected via four RJ45 ports for the separate connection of PROFINET and MQTT networks.
